Privacy notice

FindYourNest collects the details you enter in enquiry forms: name, mobile number, optional email, your requirements, the project you asked about and how you reached us (for example, the page and campaign links). We use them to send the material you asked for and to arrange calls and visits.

Who receives your details

Your enquiry is stored on our systems and passed to our associated sales company (name to be confirmed) and its customer relationship system so an advisor can contact you. We do not send your details to other third parties.

Consent

Before you submit, you agree to this statement, and we keep a record of the time you agreed: “I agree to be contacted by FindYourNest and its associated sales partner by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about this enquiry. I have read the privacy notice.”

Chat assistant

Questions you type into the chat assistant may be processed by an AI provider to write an answer. Please do not type phone numbers or personal details into the chat; use the callback form instead. When a question is outside our data, the text, with contact details removed, may be sent to a third-party AI and search service to answer it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 365 days unless you ask us to delete them earlier. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us using the details on this site.
