About FindYourNest

Short answer

FindYourNest is a directory of Bengaluru residential projects. It lists 88 researched projects and checks them against 4,756 Karnataka RERA registrations in our copy of the public dataset. It marks every fact as verified from the RERA record, stated by the developer, or missing, and it does not verify prices or availability.

Who we are

FindYourNest is a website and brand for people buying homes and plots in Bengaluru. Enquiries made on the site go to our associated sales company (name to be confirmed), whose advisors call you back.

What the site does

Lists researched Bengaluru projects and links each one to a Karnataka RERA registration only when the exact project and phase match.
Shows developer claims, such as possession dates and asking prices, labelled as claims and kept apart from the registry record.
Shows a brochure only when its file prints the project's exact registration number or the developer's page confirms it.
Offers buying guides checked against official sources, a home loan EMI calculator and a project directory with a side-by-side compare tool.

What the site does not do

It is not the regulator and not a government site. The official record is the Karnataka RERA portal.
It does not verify prices, price per square foot or availability.
It does not rank builders, call any project the best, or publish reviews it cannot source.
It does not give legal, tax or investment advice. The guides are general information.

How our data flows

We import the Karnataka RERA public dataset and our own research sheets of projects, developers and brochures.
We match a project to a registration by exact registration number and phase. Where the match is ambiguous or absent, the project stays unlinked and the page says so.
Each fact on a page carries a FindYourNest data gap label: Verified from RERA record, Developer states, Not verified, Not provided, Shared brochure, or Phase not confirmed.
Pages show the date the data was last checked. Nothing is re-checked on the live portal when you open a page, so confirm important facts there. How we check our data explains each step.
